ComboPunch guides you through fully customizable workouts with audio-driven combinations, hands-free voice control, and detailed performance tracking. Whether you're shadowboxing at home or working toward the next level of your fitness journey, ComboPunch provides the structure and flexibility to train on your terms. Customize every session to match your skill level and goals. You can select a difficulty level (Novice, Amateur, or Pro), choose the number of rounds, adjust the round and rest durations, set a preparation countdown, and control the speed of automated combination callouts. For a completely hands-free experience, enable voice-controlled sessions. ComboPunch allows users to input age, weight, and height to estimate calories burned for each session based on workout duration and intensity. During your workout, audio callouts guide you through boxing combinations. Voice commands let you say "next" to move to the next combination or "repeat" to hear the current one again. Boxing combinations include punches labeled 1 through 6, body shots such as 1B through 6B, and defensive movements including SL (slip left), SR (slip right), and D (duck). These callouts are designed to improve reaction time, rhythm, and technique while keeping workouts dynamic and challenging. The activity section allows you to filter and review your progress by week, month, or year-to-date. You can view total sessions completed, total rounds, workout time, average session duration, calories burned, combinations thrown, and a list of recent sessions with detailed breakdowns. The workout dashboard displays your current workout streak, a weekly bar chart of minutes trained each day, your current session settings, and a start button to quickly launch your configured workout. ComboPunch supports both automated and voice control sessions. Data is automatically synced with Apple Health and iCloud if enabled. No gym, gloves, or heavy bag required.
