TherapuTech Companion is a wellness support app designed to help users track behaviors like sleep, steps, and activity, and share them with their licensed mental health provider. This is a wellness companion tool, not a clinical diagnostic or treatment app.
The app integrates with Apple HealthKit only with the user's explicit consent, and no HealthKit data is used for advertising, marketing, or research. The app is not intended for emergencies, does not provide medical advice, and is not a replacement for professional care.
TherapuTech Companion is only available if your provider has onboarded you and obtained your consent, and will otherwise not be able to be used.
