This is a following app to the app Pozzel, where we're trying to create a solution for people to book appointments across multiple services. The pozzel app is the app for user side to book appointment, this app (pozzel business), is the app for the owners of shops services to register into our ecosystems 1. Who are the users that will use the paid content, features, and services in the app? The entire project is split into 2 mobile application, for two sides, normal users and business owner. This app submitted right now is on the business owner side (shop). The idea is that the business founder would be able to create an account for their shop, which would display all of the necessary information like the business information, gallery, menu items and prices. The data would go onto backend server, then the other app (user side) would display it. And then user could book an appointment on spare day, and the shop app would get notify and accept or deny that request. 2. Where can users purchase the content, features, and services that can be accessed in the app? Currently, we have no plan for in-app purchase, the transaction for each appointment booking would be face to face - physical contact, after the user have arrive at the shop at the chosen timeline, and having received the service they book. 3. What specific types of previously purchased content, features, and services can a user access in the app? As i have answerer for the previous question, we have no plan for in-app purchase yet. The only interaction between the user and shop app would be the appointment booking feature, and the chat feature. 4. What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase? As i have answerer for the previous question, we have no plan for in-app purchase yet or paid content yet. 5. What is the need for the phone number data in this app? The phone information is required for this application, considering that that is a business phone number. It belong to the feature of call, the user can reach out to the shop / business by using this phone number.
