Jobs progress through 4 key statuses:
• New Added – Assigned jobs awaiting action
• Ongoing – Active checklist filling with questions and answers
• In Review – Jobs submitted for admin review
• Completed – Approved checklists with completed records
Interactive Checklists:
Answer predefined questions, upload required images, and leave notes as instructed.
PDF & Image Download:
Download filled checklist PDFs and attached job images directly from the app.
