Start by selecting the apps you want to watch or block; LoopLess applies timers, daily limits, and shield pages without touching your data.
You can schedule sessions in advance, tap a preset like “Work Mode” or “Pomodoro 25,” or create custom blocks that run only on certain days and hours.
Real-time usage is shown on a clean dashboard with hourly breakdowns, weekly projections, and custom metrics such as the Mindfulness Score, so you can see progress instead of guess at it.
Beyond raw time limits, LoopLess guides behavior change:
A library of short, CBT-based experiments lets you test new habits, predict cravings, and reflect afterward; timers run persistently in the background and reopen the app for a structured reflection when they finish.
Daily journaling prompts powered by AI analyze themes in your entries and suggest next steps, while a Vision Board and Future-Self activity keep long-term goals visible.
When you hit targets, like finishing a blocking session or keeping usage below a personal threshold, you unlock one of six animated rewards that live in a dedicated Rewards tab.
