1. Sign up and complete your profile
Create your account, fill in your personal information, and download the blank rental contract containing the rental terms and conditions.
The Damam team will verify your information to ensure the reliability of your documents.
2. Search and book a vehicle
Once your profile is validated, browse the available listings, choose the rental dates that suit you, and send a request to the owner.
As soon as your request is accepted, you can make the payment directly through the app.
3. Pay securely
Payment is made easily via Orange Money or Mobile Money, according to your preference.
Once the payment is confirmed, the signed contract is automatically shared between the owner and the renter.
4. Chat with the owner
From the start date of your rental, you can communicate with the owner through the in-app chat to arrange the vehicle handover or discuss any details.
5. Get support if any issue arises
If a problem occurs during the rental period, report it directly through the app.
The funds linked to the transaction are temporarily held until the issue is resolved.
