Description
DieCost Pro allows you to do the following calculations:
1) Create a custom Semiconductor Wafer Library containing the: Fab, Technology Node, Wafer Cost, Wafer Diameter, and Estimated Gates per millimeter squared.
2) Calculate estimated ASIC die size based on equivalent 2-input NAND gates
3) Perform a complete Cost of Goods sold and Profit Margin analysis for a given Die Size. Analysis includes: Probe cost & yield, Packaging cost & yield, and Final Test cost & yield.
