Description
The purpose of this application is to assist users in having a seamless moving experience by consolidating many familiar entities and tools required to execute a move into one space. We are starting these efforts in NYC with the intent of sharing our capabilities across the country and globe. Moving is already one of life's most traumatic experiences. With our Move Easy application, this experience will be far less difficult.
Home Screen: allows users to input their moving date which populates the task list and assigns the tasks to the appropriate due dates. The first screen also links users to apartment rental sites, moving companies, and transportation resource within the New York metro area.
The menu at the bottom of the screen provides quick links to the home page, the services listing, the task list, and the app settings.
Services Screen provides links to key services to help during moving/relocation. Links to local utility services, handyman and cleaning services, packing and supplies, and food delivery services are all available.
Tasks Screen: lists your moving checklist of tasks, which is viewable in a list or calendar format. It lists all moving tasks required from current date through after move-in. The app also tracks your overall progress of tasks completed and displays it here.
Task Details Screen: details the individual task and associated subtasks as a checklist showing the due date of the task and offers a notes feature for that task.
