Oblique Pauses is a simple app that prompts the user to disengage with their screen every 20 minutes and look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This eye-resting app provides a prompt from Brian Eno's Oblique Strategies for the user to ponder while they wait for a 30 second countdown to finish, allowing the user to dismiss the notification for an additional 20 minutes.
