TelyRx Provider Portal is a telehealth application designed exclusively for licensed healthcare providers. The app enables providers to: - Review patient intake questionnaires and health and physical chart details. - Authorize and e-sign electronic prescriptions, routing them to the patient’s chosen pharmacy. The app processes patient health information (PHI) including medical history, intake forms, and visit documentation solely for the purpose of facilitating telehealth consultations and generating electronic prescriptions. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is accessible only to authorized healthcare providers and pharmacies, and is handled in full compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations. TelyRx does not use or share PHI for advertising or non-clinical purposes.
