Spectman-M

Spectman-M is camera control software developed by WRAYMER INC. for use with microscope cameras on macOS. In addition to essential functions such as live preview, still image capture, and video recording, it also comes equipped with standard measurement features. These include tools for measuring distances between two points, measuring angles, and inserting scale bars—convenient functions for creating reports and academic papers. The software supports live focus stacking to create fully focused composite images, as well as live stitching to produce high-resolution, wide-area images. Despite its simplicity, Spectman M is a feature-rich application. Since you can view microscope images in real time on your computer monitor while capturing them, it’s easy to find the area of interest and adjust focus. Image quality parameters such as resolution, white balance, exposure time, color balance, and contrast can be easily adjusted using on-screen sliders to achieve your preferred image settings. While the default language is Japanese, the interface can be displayed in any of 14 languages, including English.
