Description
The app allows users to securely register & log in using their username, password, OTP, and MPIN. Once logged in, the user is directed to the dashboard, where they can view key information, including a list of the top 5 alerts and a network status graph showing the offline and online status of sites.
In the site dashboard, the user can select a client and a specific site to view detailed information about the site, including the name of devices installed. The app also provides a live view of the site for real-time monitoring.
Additionally, in the workbench section, users can track open and closed tickets assigned to them, helping them manage and resolve issues efficiently.
