Watch videos or play games while exercising. Strap on your heart rate monitor and choose your target heart rate. If your heart rate drops, your screen and speakers fill with old-school TV static. If your heart rate goes too high, the screen goes progressively red and an alarm gets louder. A heads-up display lets you know how you’re doing. (All of this is configurable). Important: In macOS The LumenMill heads up display and visual filter are not visible when viewing applications in full screen mode (this covers up the visual effects but the sound still plays). Make the window as large as possible for the best effect.
