Welcome to your privately shared Boomerang Electric Bike fleet! These bikes are exclusively for use by you and other residents or members—no outside parties have access. With your Boomerang fleet, every trip begins and ends at the same property location. Boomerang bikes are never left on the street except while in use. When you're finished riding, simply return the bike to the property, lock it to the docking station, and log off the app. Boomerang Bikes are perfect for quick, local trips—whether it's heading to the grocery store, grabbing a coffee, running errands, commuting to work, visiting friends, or just getting around without driving, walking, or using public transportation. Each bike comes fully equipped with a cell phone holder, bell, front and rear cargo baskets (ideal for groceries), an anti-theft GPS tracker, headlights, tail lights, and a dual lock system to secure your bike to a public rack when not in use. To Get Started: 1. Download the app. 2. Register with your private fleet 3. Find a Boomerang. 4. Scan the QR code. 5. Enjoy riding around town. 6. When your done with your ride, return your Boomerang back to it's original starting point. 7. Lock your bike to one of the open docking stations by plugging the cord into the charging port. 8. Using the app, log off and end your ride. How to Ride: 1. Select & Unlock – Choose a bike and scan the QR code behind the seat. Use the app to unlock it. 2. Start Riding – Walk the bike to a safe area, then begin pedaling to engage the motor. 3. Adjust Speed – Use the + button (left thumb) to select Pedal Assist levels 1-5. To lower, keep pressing + and cycle through until you reach your desired level. 4. Use Throttle – Once moving (4mph minimum), twist the right-hand throttle to cruise without pedaling. 5. Lock When Parked – Use the app to lock the rear wheel and secure the bike with the cable lock. ALWAYS LOCK YOUR BIKE WHEN NOT IN USE. 6. Resume Riding – Unlock via the app to ride again. 7. End Your Ride – Return the bike to its starting point, dock it, plug in the charger (behind the front basket), and end your ride in the app. Need Help? – Contact customer support directly through the app for assistance.
