This app is designed to support the operations of 5StepstoFive, a Spanish-language parenting program based in Port Chester that supports families by promoting early childhood brain development, encouraging school preparedness, and connecting families with essential resources.
This App:
- Manages family information, including names, contact information, and key family details
- Supports administrators in managing the program schedule with efficiency. Administrators can create sessions in calendar with dates, description, and start/end times.
- Tracks family attendance by:
• Allowing administrators to easily mark families present for their scheduled sessions
• Displaying graphs of attendance trends across all past sessions.
• Storing information of attending families of each session
