Remote Vehicle Controls: Users can remotely power on/off their vehicle, locate it (anti-theft), open the trunk lock, and view ride data.
Real-Time Battery Monitoring: Users can check the current battery charge level of their e-moped.
Online Service Requests: Users can submit repair tickets online to access after-sales maintenance services.
