With the Elite Island Fitness App everyone can access training plans, track workouts and meals, track body measurements and take progress pictures all with the guidance of a personal trainer. You will have access to live steaming and on-demand classes, virtual personal training sessions as well as health and wellness content. Members can also use this app to check in to the gym, view class schedules, schedule personal training sessions, receive messages and updates about the gym and manage their membership. APPLE HEALTHKIT We also use HealthKit to allow users to share their activity and workout data with the app. This data is used to incentivise users to stay active.
