NFC technology lets users record student check‑ins efficiently with small keychains. Check‑In Data Recording: Record check‑ins along with responses to customizable questions, storing the data directly in a Google Sheets file accessible by the band director. Customizable Questions: Configure and update a set of questions for students to answer during check‑in. Questions and possible answers are managed within the app. Manual Entry: For cases when NFC scanning is not possible or a tag is lost, students can be checked in manually. Administration Tools: Band Directors can log in with Google to access a administrative features and manage student lists and check‑in sheets.
