Users can scan the barcode linked to an appliance, retrieve the associated checklist, fill in details, capture photographic evidence, and add remarks about the inspection. To ensure authenticity and eliminate discrepancies, the app requests location access to fetch the geo-coordinates of the inspection site.
Spectent also enables employees to manually report faults or damages in any system or appliance by entering details, uploading photos, and submitting the report, which is then directed to the relevant department. This feature ensures complete traceability of all reported issues and their resolution history.
