This app allows users to reserve the available rooms and spaces in the department for meetings, seminars, presentations and other events. The Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (MIED), IIT Roorkee, has a variety of Seminar Rooms, Committee Rooms, Mini Auditoriums, and a luxury Engagement Lounge, along with a modern Auditorium equipped with all the latest facilities, ultra HD screens and projectors, modern microphones and noise-insulated soundproof rooms. The primary users of this app are the MIED faculty, staff and research scholars, with limited accessibility to all other employees of IIT Roorkee strictly on an availability basis after prior approval.
