4. PRICE - Price When Recent RSI Break Out.
5. SIGNAL - Recent RSI BreakOut.
RSI BELOW 30 = OVERSOLD - GREEN - LONG.
RSI ABOVE 70 = OVERBOUGHT - RED - SHORT.
6. NEW - If the BreakOut is New, Time will be in Green(RSI BELOW 30) and Red(RSI ABOVE 70) for 10 MINUTES.
7. Scan Updated Every 15 Seconds.
8. RECENT BREAKOUTS - Shows Recent Breakouts, which are breakouts within the last 10 minutes. Arranged by Breakout Time. Very recent breakout will show on top.
