The House Rental Manager APP aims to change the traditional management mode, paperless operation, reduce repetitive work, reduce management costs, and improve service quality.
Housing Management:
Unlimited number of additional homes
Different colors can be used to distinguish houses
It is easy to set the house name and room number
Tenant Management:
Unlimited number of tenants
You can set the length of the period between the tenant's check-in date and the expiration date, at least one day
After the tenant moves in, the property will be updated to the occupied (rented) status
Check-out management:
On the tenant edit page, enter the edit status to complete the check-out operation
When a tenant checks out, a check-out record is automatically added
After the tenant moves out, the property is updated to a vacant (rented) status
Export housing data, tenant data, and check-out data to Excel file format
