Traditional recipes passed down through the generations, chef Lau started his cooking career several years ago
after being taught by his nanay (mom) in a tiny kitchen.
Nanay herself has been cooking for 30+ years, having her own canteen and catering business in manila.
Chef Lau started cooking for the Filipino community from home but things quickly outgrew the small kitchen and Kusina de Manila was born.
He now has 2 sites and several members of staff.
He is well known throughout the UK for his wonderful food which takes people back to their hometowns.
