Finera, as a Payment facilitator (PayFac), acts as a vital intermediary, to facilitate the management of the scheduling of services for the healthcare facilities (hospital, clinics etc) by providing services such as scheduling of appointments and processing of associated payments i.e. Patient's cost for a doctor visit aka appointment or the cost for a physical therapy session. This is driven through a binding payment agreement for the use of services e.g,. a physical therapy session or a visit for doctor consultation.
