myBlueboard (mybb) is an all-in-one management app for bands, choirs, and orchestras! Whether your ensemble is a school or community group, mybb streamlines communication, member profiles, volunteer scheduling, fundraising management and sales, and much more! Our mobile friendly web app provides expanded features such as collecting fees, selling merchandise or concert tickets, account credits, and enhanced reporting. SEND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS - Send one-way notifications to sub-groups (ensembles, section leaders, boosters, etc) such as reminders, upcoming events and due dates, last minute announcements, and more! - We call these notifications myBoard messages and users can view previous myBoard messages in the mobile or web app. EMAIL: SEND AND TRACK - Send individual or mass emails to sub-groups (ensembles, section leaders, boosters, etc) and know whether the email was delivered, opened, or rejected for each recipient. No more guessing! - Students and parents have separate accounts so you can communicate with sub-groups of parents such as volunteers or boosters. - Parents are automatically CC’d on all emails to students so there’s no need to look up email addresses! CALENDAR - Easily share your Google calendar. FORMS - Survey or Poll your group for event volunteers, schedule conflicts, availability, and more! ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Update your account information, profile picture, and notification preferences. - Parents can easily connect to their child's account to view fees, update contact information, and receive messages sent to their child's groups. FLEXIBLE ACCESS PRIVILEGES - Admins can give certain parents elevated access to some or all admin functions. - You determine who can access admin functions in Financials, Forms, Accounts, and more. - You can also allow specific parents to send emails and push notifications.
