Created by a Texas License to Carry instructor for Texas License to Carry instructors, LTC FileGuard streamlines the Texas DPS LTC paperwork (LTC-104/LTC-8). All LTC-104's and LTC-8's are created and managed within LTC FileGuard, including sending students their LTC-104 and maintaining records per regulations. Instructors can also use the LTC qualification tool and students can sign liability waivers.
