AirCodum: Remote Control for VS Code Connect your iPhone or iPad to Visual Studio Code on your computer. View and control your desktop, send commands, and transfer text, images and documents into your development environment. Features: - VNC mode with desktop viewing, pointer controls and keyboard shortcuts. - A remote keyboard composer: edit your draft on your phone, then send it. Enter is a separate control. - VS Code commands for navigating and editing your workspace. - File, image and text transfer to your connected desktop. - Speech input using your device's speech recognition service. - Optional AI and image-to-text features using the provider configured in the desktop extension. Setup: 1. Install the updated AirCodum extension in Visual Studio Code on your computer. Get the compatible extension and setup instructions at https://github.com/priyankark/AirCodum/releases. 2. Start the AirCodum server in VS Code and copy its pairing token using the AirCodum command. 3. Enter the server address, port and pairing token in the mobile app. Use Tailscale for a private connection, or a properly configured TLS endpoint. See the extension documentation for setup and desktop permissions. 4. Connect and choose command or VNC mode. AirCodum connects to your own desktop. It requires a running computer with VS Code and the compatible AirCodum extension. Your phone's pairing token is saved in secure device storage. Files and commands are sent to your connected desktop; optional AI or OCR features may forward content to the provider configured there. Speech recognition uses your device's speech service.
