Numerous jurisdictions there require prenotification of the flight - aircraft, flightplan and crew manifest. These are demanded in numerous formats. PPRpal makes it easy to bring all of this info together in the correct format for the jurisdiction which forms part of the flight. It is a free app supported by grants/sponsors/donations. This app is only of interest to licenced pilots/commanders of private flights crossing borders. Though it is the aviation category It will not be of interest to flight simmers or plane watchers as it does not reveal general information about flights and no information other than the users own can be managed and then only with authorised log in
