SPK-SugarBeeSPK-SugarBeet is an application designed to assist sugar technologists in optimizing the operational parameters of the beet sugar extraction process. It includes:
- For the diffusion stage: the calculation of diffusion losses, microbiological losses, and draft.
- For the purification stage: the calculation of lime requirements, juice purification efficiency, and purification losses.
- For the evaporation stage: the calculation of water evaporation, thick juice yield, and color formation during evaporation.
- For the crystallization stage: the calculation of the characteristics of massecuite, characteristics of mother liquor, and supersaturation coefficient of the technical sugar solution.
- Sugar balance calculation based on sugar beet quality and sugar factory performance.
