Description
"Usual walking speed" is a risk indicator for preventing dementia.
However, because changes occur very slowly, gradual changes cannot be detected unless both:
1. a mechanism that can pinpoint speed, and
2. automatic measurement that does not make the user aware of the measurement are met.
Other apps do not meet these conditions in principle, and are therefore unable to correctly detect changes in the indicator.
In that sense, this app is the only one that measures your usual walking speed.
