• Advent Calendar (Dec 1–24): 24 tiles unlock on their day each December (preview outside December). In December, tap the main Home image to open Advent; you can also open it from the More menu (three dots) on any month view or from Settings › Open Advent Calendar (red button). Open a tile to share or print its surprise.
• Live Christmas countdown & widget: See days remaining on Home and on the widget (shows today’s event—or the next one).
• Apple Shortcuts support: Create a shortcut in the Shortcuts app to open Christmas Re instantly from Shortcuts, Home Screen widgets, or Automations.
Plan your year—beautifully
• Enhanced calendar view: Smoothly scroll years before and after 2025.
• Tap any date to view what’s scheduled or add a new event—one-time or repeating (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly)—with pre-alerts (10m, 30m, 1h, 1d) and an image attachment.
• All-events view & search: From the red + (or the More menu • three dots), see everything at a glance and filter by keyword, date range, recurrence, or emoji.
• Notification safety: If iOS reaches its system notification cap, choose to remove older alerts or save without a notification—it auto-activates when you’re under the limit.
• Quick actions (More menu • three dots) on each month image: Change Image • Reset to Default • Open Advent Calendar • All Events.
Notifications that fit your routine
• Default Notifications: A friendly reminder every day at 11:30 (local time).
• Custom Notifications: Choose day(s) of the week, set your preferred time, and attach your own image.
• Both modes can be enabled/disabled with a toggle in Settings.
• When adding people in Gifts/Budget, turn on "Notify me" to include that person in the active notification mode (Default or Custom). The notification preview shows up to 3 people by name.
Gifts & budget—perfectly in sync
• Custom budget period: Choose your own start and end dates (e.g., Aug 1 → Dec 25), then fine-tune with a smooth slider.
• Distribution view: Add people and categories, then search & sort (A→Z / Z→A, lowest→highest amount, gift type). Reset criteria anytime.
• Gift ideas, fast: In the Add Person/Category form, pick from a suggestion spinner or enter your own idea.
• Interactive chart: Tap a name on the pie to see that person’s budget and whether it’s fulfilled.
•New Year rollover: At the start of a new year, the app prompts you to reset your holiday budget or recalculate it from today.
Personalize your experience
• Background appearance: Turn on Change Background Color, pick a color, set opacity, or revert to default.
• Sound effects: Toggle on/off in Settings.
• Intro previews: You can re-activate helpful previews (Advent welcome, Budget intro, tap hint) anytime.
• Legal info: Available in Settings.
