Lifeline allows an end user to store his/her data from multiple health sources and health providers with one login to a centralized app. A user collects, stores, and shares his/her data with medical providers and others as desired. A user takes control and ownership of his/her health and allows health physicians and practitioners globally access to his/her data. The end user also permits use of his/her data to aggregate and create databases to train algorithms that allow data driven analytics and create visualizations to allow the end user to better understand health and disease. The user interface will be customizable as data is collected to personalize images and illustrations that facilitate decision-making. End users can connect with others with similar health conditions and treatments; and physician end users can access patient data of his/her respective patient(s), as authorized by the specific end user. Lifeline is the health app that gives a user control and ownership of his/her health data. Manage multiple health providers in one application, connect with other users with similar disease, treatment(s), and health condition(s). Invite your physician and any of your health providers to join the app to allow you to better share and manage your health information. Future versions will allow a user access third party health networks, an option to import his/her electronic medical record (EMR) from a health provider, and populate data within the lifeline app automatically. The data shared is controlled and authorized by the end user, taking ownership of his/her health and health information. A general end user within the lifeline app allows physicians and other health professionals improved access to the general user’s respective health data in an identifiable form, and the general end user authorizes his/her health data to be shared with lifeline physician users and lifeline professional health provider users. Decision support tools will allow a general end user to better manage his/her care; and lifeline tools will allow a physician/health provider to improve his/her decision making via objective data aggregation, correlation, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI). End users can seek community support and social engagement within his/her user populations; physicians and health providers globally can connect and engage health professionals and health expertise to collaborate compliantly via lifeline TM end user consent in using the lifeline TM app. An end user’s acceptance to the Terms and Conditions in using the lifeline TM app authorize use of personal data and consent to health professionals accessing this data support. Lifeline end users connect in the app for physical, mental, and spiritual support with other general end users and health providers. Health provider users of lifeline will be better able to notate records and have visibility to patients across various medical systems and time continuums. The lifeline app will generate data driven support from real-time health care to optimize an end users ability to make more informed decisions for himself/herself and for family members.
