AES67 over SRT

AES67 over SRT allows users of Dante® hardware and other AES67 compatible devices to uplink an audio stream to the cloud or to a remote location via the SRT protocol. This requires a suitable SRT audio receiving device or software at the other end such as the RTP over SRT RX module in the Sienna ND Processing Engine. NB: This does NOT use the 'common' SRT media type which is an MPEG Transport Stream wrapped in SRT, so this is NOT compatible with "SRT" devices which are designed to work with MPEG TS media inside SRT. This app is only compatible with other systems which support raw RTP audio over SRT, such as the Sienna ND Processing Engine RTP over SRT RX Module. Note that most Dante software like Virtual Sound Cards don't support the AES67 mode, but most hardware Dante devices can enable AES67 and send an AES67 multicast flow compatible with this app. For "Dante to the Cloud" workflows, combine this app with your Dante hardware audio interface on the ground, plus Sienna ND Processing Engine's RTP over SRT RX and Dante Ready modules. This will allow for a native Dante hardware to Dante software in the cloud workflow for Cloud based audio processing with native Dante software such as SSL System T Cloud, or Dante DVS compatible systems like Pro Tools or Reaper.
