NMREC Connect

There are 19 electric distribution cooperatives in New Mexico, 18 are members or associate members. Eleven of the member distribution cooperatives receive wholesale power from our member, Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, headquartered in Westminster, Colorado. Four receive wholesale power from our member, Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, headquartered in Anadarko, Oklahoma. There are also three electric distribution cooperatives that are associate members of NMRECA. They are Duncan Valley Electric, Duncan, Arizona; Navopache Electric, Lakeside, Arizona; and Rio Grande Electric, Brackettville, Texas. Our directory lists all of those entities with contact information for our members, board members, managers, co-ops and legislative members for informational purposes.
