Chat with your care team, schedule virtual or in-person visits, review your results, track your progress, access specialty services, talk about fitness and longevity, and more. Not an Eternal member yet? Eternal is a primary care provider that combines proactive, preventive, and performance care to make sure you’re living at your peak. A single membership unlocks unlimited primary and acute care services. Specialty services such as nutrition consultations, advanced diagnostics, and physical therapy can be added on as needed for an additional fee. We offer a hybrid care model with locations in San Francisco and New York City. Eternal is for every person striving to be healthy and care for their body in ways they never have before.
