We have been in Darlinghurst for the last 20 years delivering the life changing therapeutic benefits of Bikram Yoga. We run 33 classes per week. We teach authentic Bikram Yoga series of 90 minutes. 26 postures each done twice. 2 breathing exercises in our purpose built room heated to 40 Deg C. 40 % humidity. You want Bikram? We deliver ! We also offer a selection of Hot 60-minute classes, HIIT Pilates classes, Hatha yoga classes and Yin classes.
