Epicor Field Service Management (FSM) is an end-to-end cloud-based field service software solution that automates business processes in the office and in the field. Epicor FSM Mobile app users require Field Service Management user licenses. Designed as an offline-first app, FSM Mobile supports service technicians working in the field. Technicians can view their assigned open service reports, including: • Summary • Work Location and map integration • Contact details • Project information • Symptoms While performing field service, using FSM Mobile a technician can: • Select and follow configurable service checklists • Take pictures and upload documents against the service report • Record parts and labor against the equipment being serviced • View and update custom service report fields • Report service issue resolution • Capture signatures and work completion validation
