ห้องสมุดดิจิทัลโฮงเฮียนแม่น้ำ ได้รับการพัฒนาขึ้นจากความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์การเพื่อการพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศของสหรัฐอเมริกาและประเทศออสเตรเลีย ภายใต้โครงการแม่โขงเซฟการ์ด ในปี พ.ศ. 2566 โดยการดำเนินงานของมูลนิธิเอเชีย โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลการเรียนรู้และค้นคว้าในประเด็นต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแม่น้ำโขง ให้แก่เยาวชน นักเรียน นักวิจัย และผู้ที่สนใจ สามารถเข้าถึงได้อย่างง่ายดายจากทุกมุมโลกผ่านทางเว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชัน The Mekong School Digital Library (MSDL) was developed in cooperation with the United States Agency for International Development and Australia, through the Mekong Safeguards Program in 2023, implemented by The Asia Foundation. The MSDL aims to serve as a resource for learning and research on various issues related to the Mekong River for youth, students, researchers, and those interested. It can be easily accessed from anywhere in the world through its website and mobile application.
