LocalWhisper

Local speech-to-text tool using Whisper v3. Press Command + ; to record your voice, and Command + ; again, to transcribe and write. To use a local model to rewrite your text, highlight your text, and press Command + ' to record your voice, and Command + ' again to call a local model using LM Studio to rewrite the highlighted text. Also works with cloud LLMs. The shortcuts and language can be changed in the app settings (go to the menu bar LocalWhisper > Settings). Requires accessibility permissions and voice recording permissions. If there's no text being written, try removing accessibility permissions for LocalWhisper (Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility) and restarting LocalWhisper.
