-> Employees of various roles like, Employee, Supervisor, Advisor etc can be added directly from the system as well as third party like Xero, Myob etc
-> Shifts for the employees can be created, and the employee will be notified of the the shift through e-mail
-> Multiple operations can be done on shift like updating it's details, deleting, shift swapping, shift offering etc
-> Employee can apply for leave from the app itself and if he/she is not available for some hours, he/she can apply for Unavailability
