This app utilizes open-source weather data as well as real-time temperature and humidity sensors data to provide farmers with personalized advisory alerts based on the THI.
The THI (Temperature-Humidity Index), is a measure of the combined effect of temperature and humidity on livestock comfort and productivity. By monitoring the THI, farmers can better understand the heat stress levels experienced by their animals.
