Fixie is VanMoof’s tool for mechanics. Use the app to connect to a VanMoof, diagnose any issues and resolve them. Only mechanics at VanMoof partner locations can access Fixie via their partner account.
Garage:
* An overview of all the VanMoof rides in repair at your workshop
* Connect to a VanMoof by selecting it from the list, or by scanning the frame number
* View all the VanMoof’s information like owner, model, firmware version and usage stats
* Access all settings to diagnose issues and repair them
* Register replaced parts and make sure they work correctly
Invite:
* Invite riders to share their digital keys with you by scanning your personal QR code
* Share the QR code or URL in any way you want
