Hold4Release

Hold4Release is designed by pilots for pilots who fly friends, co-workers and colleagues in their aircraft. It allows pilots to easily obtain and track hold harmless releases from passengers who are presented with an appropriate safety briefing in advance of the flight. Pilots select from a list of available aircraft safety videos and generate a flight, adding passengers by e-mail or SMS. Pilots can also add additional indemnified parties, including LLC or corporate aircraft owners, flight school operators, aircraft manufacturers or event sponsors. Passengers then receive a link in advance of the flight. After viewing a safety video presentation, passengers are presented with a hold-harmless waiver in advance of the flight for e-signature. After signatures are applied, both the pilot and passengers are provided with access to their signed hold-harmless agreement.
