The idea of the club is 12 rounds, each round in front of a screen that shows you the correct way to practice boxing, in addition to cardio exercises
With full follow-up by the trainer, the duration of the exercise ranges from one hour to 45 minutes
With the possibility of using the club facilities and entering classes without prior reservation.
