The Val de Vie HOA developed a custom application with the functionality and information residents may need in an easy-to-use, simplified solution. The following features are possible with the new Val de Vie HOA Application: • The app offers a combined view of your profile and linked communities. • A resident can easily add their partner, wife, husband, child, au pair, domestic worker, gardener to their profile. • The app also allows for safe and secure visitor access control. • A resident can also trigger the emergency button that sends instant notifications to their emergency contacts and The Security Control Room. • Residents can receive push notifications on the app. All messages are categorised and combined in one place to ensure easy distinction between urgent, general and resident specific messages. • Residents can report an issue straight from their app by logging a ticket i.e., for a burst water pipe, a broken streetlight, or a general comment with the option to include two photos and location details for management to address issues quickly and conveniently. • Members can view the relevant HOA documents at a click of a button – the Constitution, Code of Conduct, AGM documentation, Newsletters and many more. • Easy directories including the important HOA numbers, Drakenstein Municipality, Enrolled Service Providers and all commercial businesses on the Estate are also only a click away. • All upcoming events will filter through to the app which is controlled by management.
