The target audience is 300 internal employee only with one person as an administrator. The purpose of the app is to have a place for employee to go to get information like phone numbers, job site locations, policies/procedures, internal documents, safety information, and organizational information/updates. The features are type forms, WYSIWYG, folder, PDF Editor and People.
