Identify potential health events through geofencing of healthcare providers. Notify users of claim filing steps, provide carrier website links, and streamline claims submission. Track hospital, dental, and prescription visits.
SIM’s AGNT provides a mobile application for the Policy Holders (the AGNT App) that will benefit them through identification of a potential health event, such as a hospital visit, dental visit or prescription drug purchase through the use of customized GeoFencing of the Policy Holder’s providers. On identification of a potential health event, the AGNT App will also help inform them of the steps to file a claim, provide links to carrier websites and streamline the claims submission process, especially for seniors.
