Safwa Cement application introduced with following features: Customer registration cycle, starting from Safwa Cement app and ending with create customer on Safwa Schedule shipment cycle (Order Splitting), navigate the quotations from CPQ and order split. Order tracking cycle, to track orders with different status such as pending, scheduled and delivered. Online Payment cycle Service request cycle, to open SR in oracle support. Dashboards information contains customers, credit and orders details. Reports, and hints to redirect to customer portal to print some reports. Safwa Cement coordinator will assign the orders to transporter.
