Citilink offers a demand-response service to individuals who are unable to use our fixed route services. With the use of this app, scheduling your ride just got easier! All you need to do is schedule your trip, confirm your pickup, and ride the bus. Need to cancel a trip? You can do it just as easily as you booked directly in the app! You will need to schedule your ride by 5:00 PM the day before you wish to travel and confirm your pickup after 5:00 PM the day before you wish to travel.
