Spelt is a simple AI-powered nutrition tracker. Just type or take a photo of what you ate, and Spelt will immediately give you the amount of calories, protein, fat, and more in your foods. Spelt is the only calorie counting app that lets you look up any restaurant menu. Search for any restaurant nearby, and we'll show you the menu with the nutrition of each item. If you're eating a few almonds you can either type "15 almonds" or simply take a photo of them. Spelt will automatically calculate the nutrition information and add it to your log. If you have a McDouble, just take a photo of it or type "mcdouble". Using AI, it'll give you immediate nutrition information! We have an huge nutrition library of over 10 million unique foods. It's also possible to scan barcodes. Your foods are added to a daily log where you can see your total calorie count and more. Each day is saved, so you can see past information. You can set goals for calories or other nutrients to see how well you're coming along. Throughout the day, you'll see messages from your personal AI coach in the app — the coach will keep you updated on your goals, give you personalized advice, and more!
